Kyla Saphir
Kyla (she/her) has a strong foundation in childbirth education, and uses yoga and
breath work to support women during birth and motherhood. Her experience
as a prenatal and postnatal yoga instructor has helped her provide physical
support and tools to use during labor and delivery, as well as during the
postpartum experience.
She is called to support new families with the most important transition of
their lives, becoming parents. She and her husband were lucky enough to
have a postpartum doula and it gave them a gentler and more rested transi-
tion into parenthood. She hopes to provide this for other families.
Kyla is a published children’s book author! Kyla also loves to spend time
with her family, travel, garden, crotchet, and walk her dog.
In their own words:
“I am a doula because supporting new parents, especially moms, is one of
the best ways for families to have great early experiences as parents and
positive long term outcomes.”
What clients say:
“Kyla is a very open communicator. She was attentive, relayed things well,
listened to my needs and what I wanted, without trying to push any agenda.” –
Joy M.
“Kyla’s heart is so loving! She loves mamas and women, supporting them
through what was a difficult time in her own experience. She offers others the
support that she actually needed. Kyla has an ability to communicate and
resonate with all different kinds of people. She is really relatable and can
make whoever she is with comfortable.” -Liza E.
