Ebony Johnson

Ebony (she/her) is a certified full spectrum traditional birth worker. She became passionate about birth, postpartum and wellness after assisting a friend through a difficult pregnancy as well as embarking on her own wellness journey. Ebony is inspired to revolutionize postpartum care, realizing the impact that doulas can have during this incredibly important time.

As a postpartum doula, Ebony specializes in supporting families who have multiple children and busy households, with both daytime and overnight care. She is happy to provide relief and emotional support for parents by assisting with light household cleaning duties along with constant care for the newborn and other siblings.

Ebony brings her calming energy, kindness, and nonjudgmental approach to each family she serves. She is dedicated to providing personalized, holistic postpartum care focused on both maternal and infant wellbeing. Ebony views her work as a vital part of building community and empowering women and families.

Ebony also loves cooking, spending time with her family, and being out in nature. She would love to travel the world learning from different cultures and modalities for labor, birth, and postpartum care, with the intention to eventually become a midwife.
